Earlier this year I decided that it was time for me to update HellaDroid again. After looking over the code and brainstorming with myself, I decided a full rewrite was best as there was too much wrong with it . I have been using SABnzbd as NZB downloader for a time now, and I wanted to add support for this as well. I also wanted to add a simple design to boost the looks from the bare defaults. I can proudly say I’m very close to a proper release, and hopefully in not too long it will be out. However since I’ve spent so much time writing the code for this application, I’ve decided to charge something for it, don’t worry it won’t be more than a dollar (maybe two). Today’s free version will still be available, but will not be of the new “rewrite”. So if you are happy with HellaDroid as it is now, don’t worry. It will still be available.

- Android browser now recognizes HellaDroid (send files directly to HellaDroid).
- All of the current versions features. (Newzbin, NzbMatrix search, add by url/file/newzbinId)
So these are the features I’ve added and are working on. If you have any features or search providers you want to be included in HellaDroid, now is the time to speak up. Hopefully you will like the new version when it’s out, I know I do.
